The project was a multi-phase buildout of a new Interventional Vascular operating room and support department. The medical equipment for the suite was the first installation of its kind in Canada. Interior renovations included for the demolition of two existing OR rooms and service area.
To provide Renovation works within the basement floor of the Peter Munk wing at the Toronto General Hospital Building. Within this basement floor space, the hospital will house the newly created Image Guided Discovery Laboratory that will provide much-needed augments to UHN's fully utilized imaging research, high performance computing and phantom prototyping facilities.
The project was a multi-location and multi-phased renovation of 8 X-Ray suites to accommodate Carestream’s DRX Evolution Digital Radiography systems. Participating hospitals for the Fleet replacement works were Toronto General, Toronto Western, Princess Margaret and the Toronto Rehab Institute.
Gen-eer undertook the Construction Management with Design & Build elements to provide for the development of a high-end private diagnostic health centre and new administration space over a footprint of approximately 20,000 square feet within a vacated leased commercial space of a fully operational strip plaza.
Complete Upgrade of Operating Rooms as a Turnkey Solution in partnership with Stryker as the Equipment vendor. The Gen-eer Team provided Turnkey solution under Design & Build contract.
At the Farquharson Life Sciences Building, contract consist of renovations of the Ground Floor and Second Floor to construct various laboratories and support space, with works to be sequenced under 2x Phases.
Gen-eer recently secured the Diagnostic Imaging Radiology Suite project being constructed on Level 2 at Markham Stouffville Hospital. The project consists of full demolition of existing office spaces and construction renovations to accommodate the new Intervention Radiology suite.
The project consists of renovation works to previously vacated areas and provide expansion of the Intensive Care Unit, Outpatient specialty service areas, Technician and Clinical spaces. The project will be undertaken and completed within Buildings that are in full use as the active animal hospital and teaching facility.
